Here we are in our first family photo, taken by our labor and delivery nurse! Jackson Wade was born February 12 at 3:20am weighing 7 lb 1oz and measuring 20 3/4" long. Isn't it amazing how one minute it's just the two of you and then suddenly there are three?Jeremy and I have started this blog so our family and friends can keep up with our quickly changing lives. Oh, who cares about us? It's Jackson that everyone wants to know about! So, we're going to do our best to post current pictures and updates of Jackson. We're new at this (blogging AND parenting) so please be patient with us. We've quickly discovered that it's very difficult to organize your thoughts when you have a newborn. It does get easier, right?
We're planning on keeping this blog private--only open to those we invite. We may have accidentally left someone off the list so please let us know if there are any family members or friends that were left out. Just provide us with an email address and we'll be sure to include them!

ReplyDeleteSo glad you are taking the plunge - - - - parenthood and blogging! (Just kidding-parenthood is all that matters to a Nannah!) Looking forward to up-to-date looks at our grandson and your changing family. We were thrilled to meet Mr. Jackson just a little while after this picture was taken - he's already loved by so many he doesn't even "know" yet! Kisses and hugs to all.....now get back to snapping those pictures and blogging, Jackson has an anxious audience awaiting!
